ID5 Identification Verification

You are expected to obtain or download an ID1 form from the Land Registry office when you want to complete the registration process related to a property transaction. You may be unaware of this requirement.  Go ahead and ask the real estate agent or a solicitor about the next step of action once you obtain the deed. You will be informed that you, as an individual or a representative of a business entity, would have to submit the duly completed ID1 or ID2 form that has been verified by a legal professional or any other professional endorsed by the Land Registry.  It is interesting to note that you will have to verify your identity to avoid fraudulent practices.
